About Me

I am attorney Michael W. Kelley, II. I want to tell you a bit about myself and my practice. After graduating cum laude from Faulkner University Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2008, I started my legal career handling cases in the insurance defense industry. This provided me with insight into how these companies operate, which I rely upon when building cases for my clients.

I decided to start my own law firm because I wanted to help people. It was an easy decision to open my office in Montgomery, Alabama. My family has been in the city for generations. My grandma owned and operated the local repair shop, and my dad was a standout football player before going on to play quarterback for Auburn University. My wife and I have two sons, and we are active members of First Baptist Church Montgomery.

Because of my strong ties to the community, I understand the great responsibility that comes when you select me to take your case. As your lawyer, you are going to work with me. I do not have a team of associates that I pass cases off to after the intake process. You hire me, and you get me.

I handle personal injury, wrongful death, estate planning, business organization and uncontested divorce cases at my firm. Because of the variety of my practice, I have gained a great deal of knowledge in many different areas of law. I have achieved success for clients in state and federal courts across Alabama.
